Spencer Alston is the Founder and CEO of Neuroform, a performance innovation company redefining athletic development through the integration of movement science, neuroplasticity, and strategic coaching systems.
A former Division I athlete, Spencer was committed to Ohio State for lacrosse, then made the switch to play football at Yale, where he majored in psychology and went on to train for his NFL pro day. His athletic journey, marked by discipline, adaptability, and resilience, revealed a systemic gap in the development of athletes who often lack the holistic tools and life skills necessary to excel athletically, academically, and personally.
Motivated to solve this, Spencer began working closely with Megan Jaster, to create a methodology that bridges sports science with the brain’s capacity for change. Neuroform’s approach is looking to empower athletes and coaches to unlock untapped potential while promoting long-term resilience and performance sustainability.
Beyond Neuroform, Spencer leverages his operations background and entrepreneurial vision to create scalable systems and uncover overlooked opportunities. His work is fueled by a commitment to mentoring youth, pioneering innovation at the nexus of sports and business, and reimagining education to better equip the next generation.
